2024 Members and Partners Reception – Tradeshow Light

The 2024 NAAE Convention Members and Partners Reception (MPR) also known as "Tradeshow Light" will take place in-person on Thursday, December 5 from 4:30-6:30pm CST at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. The MPR provides NAAE partners an opportunity to engage directly with the more than 800 NAAE members and guests who attend the NAAE Convention.

Partners who participate in the MPR will receive a clothed and skirted 6'x30" table and two chairs to display materials, giveaways and models. Convention attendees who attend the MPR are encouraged to visit every partner table through a raffle punch card which upon completion makes them eligible for door prizes and drink tickets. Attendees turn in their punch cards at the conclusion of the evening to be entered in the door prize raffle. Through this activity, partners engage directly with over 800 attendees in a 2 hour time span.

MPR space is included for NAAE Partners at the Diamond, Titanium, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Award Winner Sponsor levels. Partners who want to attend the MPR who don't fall into one of the levels can purchase NAAE MPR space access for $1000 (individuals staffing the space may attend the MPR only without registering for NAAE convention, one complimentary NAAE registration will be included). NAAE will bill you directly for the space after you register with this form, if you have not already paid or committed to a partner level.

If you cannot attend the MPR but you would like to display materials NAAE will set-up your space for attendees to access your materials during the reception. Understand this means that your space will be set-up and torn down only, it will not be staffed during the reception and the $1000 space fee/partner level still applies.

March 1- November 1, MPR Space Registration RSVP Open
November 14, Partners will receive MPR event guide via email used to RSVP. This guide will include shipping instructions, room location, and other helpful information regarding the event)
December 5, 12:00-4:00pm CST Set-up partner space at Grand Hyatt San Antonio (Room Location TBD)
December 5, 4:30-6:30pm CST NAAE Members and Partners Reception at Grand Hyatt San Antonio (Room Location TBD)
December 5, 6:30-7:00pm CST Partner space tear down
